I'm in cosmopolitan East Lansing, Michigan, where I've lived for 11 years (previously from St. Paul, MN). We're making a stab at Spring by trying to achieve above-freezing temperatures at some point every day this week.

I'm currently orbiting a small moon just beyond the outer rim. You see, I'm part of an elite squadron of pilots dispatched to locate signs of emperial activity. Of course, I can't pilot this ship and type at the same time, so my astromech droid is translating my speech into text. Those droids do come in handy. Yes, my proudest moment was graduating from the academy with my buddies and beginning a life of excitement and adventure travelling through space with ..

Ah, who am I kidding? None of that is true. I'm actually on a farm in the middle of nowhere. Dreaming of space is about the closest I will get to it for a long time. At least that's how it seems. The most exciting thing I have to look forward to today is going to Tosche Station to pick up some power converters. That is, if I can convince my uncle that my chores can wait. (sigh) If only my father was still alive ..

At home in a suburb north of Dallas - Plano, Texas, avoiding the work that I should be doing. It's sunny and 54 F outside right now; 75 F will be our high. (12 & 23 C) A beautiful day!

I am in Bellingham, Washington sitting in my (surprisingly spacious) campus apartment (although it is a 20 minute walk to campus) at Western Washington University. We're only a hop skip and a jump to the Canadian border, and about an hour and a half from Seattle.

I just slept through my very last art history class of the quarter due to a cold, and am now wasting time. Ahhh gotta love college!!!

I am in Stone Mountain GA, killing the last few minutes of the workday in my home office. This freezing-at-night, hot-in-the-day weather is insane! Global warming, here we come!

I´m reading in my bed, at midnight, in my house in David, Chiriqui, in Panama, studying for tomorrows lecture. Laughing at the pug jokes. It´s nice and warm outside, with a slight breeze. A tropical really good night

Yay, thanks for fixing my login, Dave!

Taichung, central Taiwan. Right now, I'm in the library where I work at an international school. Spring has arrived this week, and temperatures are in the mid-twenties (Celsius). When summer arrives it will stick in the 30s for five or six months, so I'm loving this weather. I'm actually South African, so "Hi!" to the other Sheldonista from Jo'burg!

Each morning I catch up on a week of a webcomic before I get down to work, and Thursday is my favorite - I cheat and do both Sheldon and Unshelved!

Ok, kidding aside, I am currently in Pittsburgh, PA. Local points of interest? Well the town goes pretty football crazy in the fall over a team that rhymes with Potato Peelers (sort of) ... and I think Ketchup was invented here. I could be wrong on that last one.

I'm in the small town of Terrace, British Columbia - Canada, sitting at my computer while my dogs eat their supper on the porch right beside me. I'm also desperately wishing our snow would finish melting so I can see my driveway again. ^_~

I'm reading this from Reutlingen, Germany. Reutlingen is a city of about 100,000 people in the southwestern part of Germany. It's about 30 minutes away from Stuttgart.

YAY Sheldon!

Deepest darkest Dorset way out in the sticks at the end of the Britains flakiest interweb connection (comprised of two baked bean cans and a piece of string - thank you British telecom, you numpties) sitting at my uber desk made from sticking two large desks together and then mounting a shelf on the wall to stick the monitors on in what used to be my bedroom before I began filling it with computers, laptops, huge assed LCD tv and a bar fridge
There's still actually a fairly small bed shoved in the corner where I sometimes manage to sleep instead of passing out from exhaustion at dark oclock and drooling on my keyboard

Incredibly foggy at 2pm in the afternoon in teeny weeny Albany, California (no, not New York!)
It's one square mile, right next to Berkeley and nobody's ever heard of it

I'm at work at Boston University, 2 hours and 15 minutes into a day that will easily hit 15.5 hours. Browsing the forums for the first time in quite a while in the hopes that while I read the caffeine will kick in, and desperately looking forward to 11.30 am tomorrow, when I'm completely done with work for the weekend and I can sleep. The weather outside is grey and wet, but it's been so much warmer lately that I can kind of see where this "First Day of Spring" theory is coming from.

I live in Ama, Louisiana -- small town about a half-hour west of New Orleans. But I'm actually reading this from work in Matthews, LA, which is further west about another 40 miles.
