Sitting in room 127 of Building T of Algonquin College, Woodroffe Campus while I read this.
I'm in Fort Mill, SC, about 20 miles south of the big metropolis of Charlotte, NC. Just waiting for the dictation unit to be brought back online so I can go back to work.
Sitting in my chair in Phoenix, Arizona catching up on web comics before I leave for work. Trying to figure out how to spend more time outside before the weather gets melt-your-skin hot.
I'm catching a quick comic break in Rochester, NY while my 8 month old takes a much needed nap. The snow was only about 8 inches here this weekend. The last three days have been sunny. But at a 21 degree wind chill it's still too cold to take a stroll with a cranky baby. Come on Spring!!
As I do every weekday morning, I am reading Sheldon from 37 stories above downtown Seattle. The weather still hasn't made up its mind about whether it will be nice or not. I'm betting not. At the moment it's 43F and cloudy.
And to the Sheldonista in Iraq - thank you for your service.
Sitting in my dining room (on my laptop) in a suburb of Seattle. Just finished my morning cereal, and am about to get my 3 year old up for the day.
It's a semi-chilly grey morning. The plants are budding, and spring looms near.
In the heartland of America, Omaha, Nebraska, where we may hit 60F for the first time this year. The last of the December snow is now melting.
Chamonix, France. Working as IT coordinator for a holiday company for a few months so I can get some snowboarding in ;)
Having said that, we're just getting the first snow for about 2 weeks today. Nice bit of powder! Roll on July and I'll be reading Sheldon from Hanoi again.
I am at work in Seattle, Washington for the State court system in my cube next to the computer room. It is too warm and noisy but I don't have any neighbors which is nice. I just dress for summer everyday and listen to the BBC so I am okay. At the mo it is sunny but earlier it was pouring down rain and it will probably change again before the day is over. Looking forward to seeing you at the Emerald City Comicon. My fiance and I already have our tickets.
I'm reading this sitting in my room, atop the the garage, in Raleigh, NC. It's a cool 16 degrees celcius outside, allowing me to sit cozily in my room, enjoying Sheldon and Co.'s antics.
I'm at work in Rolla, MO. Not too exciting of a town except that the whole town and Missouri University of Science & Technology (formerly University of Missouri - Rolla) are gearing up for the university's 100th annual St. Pats celebration this weekend!
Maybe I'll get out of town for the "festivities"!
Currently in the middle of the chaotic living room (why did I think I could handle two boys under the age of 3???) in Albury, New South Wales, Australia... it's sometime in the morning before I want to be out of bed, and am trying to find the energy to get everyone dressed and looking relatively clean and tidy for 10 minutes...
Okay, I'm really only going to aim for 5 minutes.
Cheers from Oz.
Sitting at my computer desk in my room in Lakewood, Washington (the one near Tacoma. Not the one north of Seattle. Mega confusing having more than one Lakewood in one state) and watching General Hospital on tv. It's pouring rain outside! Icky! *waves to the Sheldonista's in Seattle, Tacoma, and Spokane*
Glorious Raleigh, North Carolina! Two hours from the beach, four hours from the mountains, smack-dab in the middle of the best place I've ever lived (and I've lived all over the world!). Envy me!
Fairbanks Alaska at my desk waiting for the day to end so I can go home and grill out. Its a balmy 28F. Thats's shorts weather Folks!
Kicking back and relaxing in my hammock enjoying a refreshing beverage and salty snacks...... is what I would love to be able to say. But alas I'm at my desk in sunny Brisbane Australia wondering how much the double sheldon picture will get up to I think $700 it's already at $200
I'm in my rented house in Minneapolis (!), where I can see from my bedroom window where the 35 Bridge collapsed this summer (if anyone remembers that?).
Spring has sprung in MN as well! I think that it was about 48 F today :)Everyone's breaking out their shorts
I'm in San Francisco, sitting on my bed in a tiny studio apartment that may have served as a laundry room at some point in the past. It's foggy outside and somewhat chilly, though not so cold that I feel the need to close the window.
Sitting at my desk at work in Pine Bluff, AR, getting ready to start my day (I start my day with Sheldon 5 days a week). Beautiful and sunny--I think spring may finally be here after, what is for us, a giant snowstorm of 8 inches last week.
At my fantabulous desk in my cubicle o' awesomeness just outside of Lititz, PA. Heart of horse 'n' buggy country, here. While we're looking forward to the warmer weather, that usually also means the farmer across the road starts manure-spreading the fields, so there's a bit of a trade-off...
