Below is the computer-generated translation I got off the web. It's not perfect, but you get the point. Also, it's pretty hilarious in its own right.

Nothing says that Arthur can not simply learn the language again afterwards. If he can at least read and comprehend the English language, he can self-teach himself Spanish in his spare time, which he appears to have a lot of.
