hey, I'm new to the forums but I've been reading for a long time, and I don't know how to make avatars or use them, so if anyone has any new ones they want to share that would be awesome, and if someone could tell me how to use them that would be great too, cuz I've put a million in my pictures, but I don't know how to use them.

my pictures being the windows thing that lets you save pictures on your computer. or is it all computer programs, not just windows? I really don't know.

Just go to user preferences and enter the URL to use them.

thanks! I've seen a few of the avatar pages on that site, but I did a search and there were more!(though they just apered as red X's) thanks so much for telling me how to use them, but how do i get the URL(i know, I'm pathedic)

If you use the ones made by other people, move your cursor over the picture you want to use, right click and choose "copy link location". If you use your own, you've got to have an own website to upload them to.
