I just got my copy of "Pugs: God's Little Weirdos" - it's awesome! I also wanted to tell everyone that Dave has created an excellent online store. I have ordered from Dave's store a few times, and I've got to say it is one of the best. He shipped everything extremely fast and was quick to respond to any inquiries I had about my orders. Somewhat off topic, but I have to thank you for indirectly giving me the solution to my own shop issues. See, I had been futzing around with zencart for the longest time, with no success, until I looked at your shop and noticed that you could set up something using PayPal. So, thank you!
I answered a survey recently, one which I do monthly, and this month they wanted to know which merchant has the best customer service. You, Mr Kellet, were entered in a three-way tie with Kris Straub and Howard Tayler. All of you do things no "sane" merchant would do to keep us customers happy. Awesome Sauce! (and thank you for the book - you will make one of my nephews VERY happy this Christmas!)
