You guys need to come to San Francisco, lol... I'm too far for any of the places you go.
Will there be a video?
Then, on Tuesday, October 14th at 8 PM, we'll be giving a free public talk at SCAD's 1,100-seat Trustees Theater on the art and business of Webcomics (...and more broadly, how all visual artists can build their career online).

Seriously: You have got to look at this theater.....

...What an amazing venue! And Scotty and I are pretty fun public speakers, so it should make for a good night all around.
After the talk, we'll of course be signing and sketching in copies of "How to Make Webcomics", as well as PvP books and Sheldon books.
Come on out if you're within drivin' distance -- I almost never get to go to the South, so I hope a lot of Southern Sheldonistas will come out and say "hi"!
(Scott put together that fantastic promo poster, featuring Savannah's Forsythe Park Fountain. Check out a full-shot of his fantastic background drawing.)

Dave,
Will you and Scott be recording this show for WW? Y'know, for those of us who can't make it to Georgia for the show?
~Rob Chambers (he of the stupid WW questions fame)
Man, I'd really love to go... and I might. I live about 5 hours north in NC, but I know this is about as close as you guys will get this direction. We'll see... either way, looks great and I hope you guys have fun. :)
WOW! How I wish I could go. I graduated from SCAD a few years back. Trustees Theater is super nice - you guys will have a blast, and I'm sure there will be a HUGE turnout. Be sure to grab a pizza at Vinnie Van Go-Go's while you're in town.
That's wonderful news! When are you coming to DC?!
Wow! This is exciting. I'll actually be in town that weekend, but unfortunately I can't stay for Tuesday evening. Is there anything else of a more public venue y'all will be doing? I would love to see you and Scott give a talk, and as a Houstonian attending Georgia Tech, that gets fairly difficult.
P.S. You really should come to Dragon*Con, even though the artists section is pretty weak. It needs to be bolstered with personalities like Halfpixel!
