As I told Dave, we didn't have photos of opening the Christmas presents (the 5 pack of Sheldon books, wrapped individually), so this was the next best thing! Unfortunately, it was hard to capture all the laughter and glee that accompanied the reading.
The 8yo is very excited to see his photo on the web! "I'm famous! I can show my friends at school!" (I guess Flickr isn't exciting enough - after all, mom does that)
And really, our living room is only that messy on Christmas morning. All those power supplies under the ottoman? Piles on the coffee table? Never see that on a regular day. Right.
