Webcomics Weekend! I'll be there!

Big news for folks in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, & New York: On March 21st, a veritable "Monsters of Webcomics" will descend on Easthampton, MA for the first-ever
Webcomics Weekend. Originally conceived as a symposium for pro webcartoonists, the event has ballooned into a massive, open-to-the-public book signing/talks/studio tours/sketch fest/art showing and more. I'll talk more about it next week, but for now, block out the 21st in your schedule. Just look at this guest list!

Very cool! Wish I were in that part of the country so I could attend. But thanks for posting the list! There are several in here that I wasn't familiar with, that now I can check out.
By the way, do you find that the webcomics field is primarily male, or is this not a representative list? Granted, names like Kris and KC could be female, but overall it seems that webcomics creators are mostly dudes.

I was actually looking at Kris Wilson's name, not Kris Straub. I do know the latter is male. :-)

From NYC, it would probably take around 3.5 hrs. At least it takes abt 3 hrs to get from where I live to NYC, and then Easthampton is another 1/2 hr from here.
