Oh, hey there Dave. :)
I saw your tweet a while back about avoiding selling on Amazon and was just wondering why? I am neither for nor against Amazon in particular (well, I was almost against when that flare up with the "gay" books happened a little while a go) but living in the middle of nowhere, France, it's one of my few options for buying books in English.
Just curious.

They're a great business for consumers, but they're pretty horrible for small book producers. So I just try to avoid them whenever I can.
