This Arthur pic is showing up in alot of places...

Has anyone else spotted it?

I've seen it in random forums here and there quite recently. Usually with just the picture alone in a single thread. Anyone else seen it around? It's a pretty funny thing to find in random places.

Never seen it myself. A new way of being "duckrolled" [wikipedia.org] perhaps? Got any example links to threads like that?
