As a fellow graduate of Notre Dame and a big Sheldon fan, I enjoy the humor you bring to the strip each day. With the most humble respect and admiration, I wonder if you would ever consider bringing Dez and Nate on site for a visit. I know the argument of "never looking back" etc, but I think you have distanced yourself enough that one or two itty-bitty strips to see what those guys have been up to since Sheldonsoft went public would be a fun walk down memory lane. Regardless, I wish you the best of luck in future endeavors.

Des actually has appeared in the strip, discreetly, a few times. He's an employee at Sheldonsoft, here [sheldoncomics.com], here [sheldoncomics.com], and here [sheldoncomics.com]. Nate has also appeared once, although I'm hard-pressed to remember which strip.

As for them returning as (somewhat) featured characters someday...I'd never say never, but it's highly unlikely. They had their day in the sun, in a different strip, at a different time. :)

Aw Des was finally able to grow that facial hair he so longed for.
