Dave and anyone else who can help...

How does Dave do his E-mail newsletter?

I love the e-mail newsletter that Dave sends out... with what looks like the website... right to my e-mail. I wanted to know how he does that and how much it is? I want to do that with my website and e-newsletter.

I've been looking at the "constant Contact" and other stuff...but it's just too expensive.

Any ideas?
