i love this strip. honey is indeed an amazing food that really will never go bad. we gave small jars of local unprocessed honey from western NC as favors at our wedding. best. honey. ever!

I had heard that honey doesn't go bad. I'm with the duck... I have lingering doubts.

Apparently some honey found in an Egyptian tomb was still good.

as long as it's unprocessed and unfiltered it will literally last for centuries. the mass produced, sue bee, etc type honey won't. that's why i buy local, natural honey. believe me, it's SO much better.
