Existential Angst

Last week's strips, with Arthur ruminating on the paths not walked in life, generated more e-mail than any recent strips...and I wanted to take a second to thank you for that. It's always nice to get a personalized note as to why and how a strip touched someone...and last week was a week of that from dozens of folks all over the world, in all stages of life.

I didn't write you but I will state for the public record that I enjoyed the series. It's hard not think about this stuff when you're in your 40s (as I am). Thanks, Dave, for giving us a perspective on all these "crises, amid life!"

In Response to rickumali (#55897):
Like rickumali, I loved the strips and had meant to write at the time.
Scary that Arthur and I share much the same philosophy. I'll turn sixty later this year and often find myself wondering about those 'paths not followed'.
I truly love how you can make us smile, and make us think at the same time.
