I think we should all reenact the 3000th strip at your booth and take pictures. Then we will have a record of both events for posterity!
I think you should celebrate by gaining 3,000 new readers at Comic-Con so we can increase the readership of this awesome comic!
I personally would love for the 3,000th comic to contain the entire cast of Sheldon, just so we can see all of the building blocks which have made such a strong foundation for this strip.
I vote for an open bar and an orgy, with fireworks at sunset. ;-)
Perhaps a certain Mr. Kellett should appear in that 3,000th strip. It could be your Rachel moment.

I recommend flexin' the ol' creative muscles. Make somethin' a bit big and epic- moreso than normal anyway. Get it framed very nicely and then auction it off for charity. That's my idea, anyway!
Create buzz at the con. Make a big sign and sell raffle tickets to win strip number 3,000, and maybe a selection of books.
And I will say it; "Congratulations on reaching 3,000 strips. It is an incredible feat!"
There, now you can use my quote in the big sign that you hang at your booth

I'm sure whatever you do is going to be awesome and high-five worthy, but I wouldn't mind seeing another Dilly Duck strip. I quite enjoy when you experiment with different styles.

OMG, I totally *love* lealormyst's, Nuurgle's, AND ln569's ideas! jdkt's idea of an auction is good, too, but I like ln569's idea better. All of these ideas make me wish I could be there SO MUCH! I'm sending someone to buy the Drive book for me, though!
It should probably be a joyous occasion, but perhaps a hint at what happened to/where are Sheldon's parents? I'd love to see that elaborated on, but also feel like it would be kind of depressing.
