Just a heads up: Next week Drive goes on hiatus while I'm in San Diego. But in two weeks: We Drive it up again, my friends...we Drive it up again.

Bellmore took the words...now I know without a doubt the planet Veeta is named for the King of Cheese Products, Velveeta. But boy, did I try to give you the benefit of the doubt. LOL

As long as she doesn't start singing, we should be ok. The Captain and Tennille were a singing duo in the 70's and 80's that sang cheeeeeeeesy love songs!

Dave, I have to tell you, that is some GORGEOUS awesome perspective you have going on in that huge last panel. I feel like I could walk right in and go browse the stacks. And the super closeup librarian contrasted with the vaguer lines of the library create a real feeling of hazy distance. Just perfect.

Hate to be a stickler, but I'd like to point out that the person (character) who manages an Archives is an ARCHIVIST not a librarian. There is a difference.

But I do have to agree 100%. Dave really, really captured the essence of an Archives. That "just a smidge" is dang on point.
