Feliz Navidad!

We'll be continuing our blog countdown of "Most Popular Strips for 2010" tomorrow, but I wanted to take a second to share some news with you. Starting Christmas day and going to New Year's, I'm going to take my first vacation in 11 years. It'll be time with family...and I'm really looking forward to it.
And with the hope that you won't begrudge me the time off, I'll be running my favorite strips from years past -- so you'll still have a li'l bit of Sheldon to check in on, every day. And! ...tomorrow, we'll be picking back up with #6 of our "most popular" strips for the year. So it'll be a week of two-for-ones. :)
Know that this gift of time very appreciated! And I'll see you again January 1st!

Dave, for all the joy you give us daily I wouldn't mind if you took off a month. You deserve it and I am sure all of use would still be here eagerly awaiting your return. Have a wonderful Mele Kalikimaka with your family.

I don't know if I'm dazed by Christmas but, one way or another and remembering Arthur's proclivities, I first read today's rerun strip as "there's a PANCAKE under the tree for me..."
