Proportional strength of a fish?? (1/20)

My comic book nerd senses are going off like crazy. You got Spidey right, but Auquaman can breathe underwater and telepathically communicate with fish. He's a great swimmer and his strength is slighter greater due to the pressures of being underwater. But nobody has ever said that he has the proportional strength of a fish.
In short, Auquman's powers are minimal. He's only been good when a good writer has explored his personality. Otherwise, he's really a "wash" as a superhero.

...that was sort of the joke. Like saying "Aquaman! With the proportional wisdom of a clam..." :)
