Sheldon's new neighbor

Sheldon is right about the kids shows showing your neighbor being your best friend or worst enemy. Except he left out the girl next door principle. I mean he is ten, its about time for him to have his first female crush. And judging from how he was practicing how to say hello to her, he's in deep water.
