Mine's a little closer to home. I'd want to take a team of oncologists and surgeons back to 1888 to take care of Fredierick III, and someone to talk his wife through the process.

Then maybe the world could have avoided the problems that came with Wilhelm II and his problems with Edward. At least while he was still a young twit. ;)
