Outside the Show

Emerald City takes place in lovely downtown Seattle, in the Qwest Park convention center. It's a really fun two-day show: Big enough where you get some great artists and names to come out, and small enough where you can spend time talking to the folks you meet. San Diego Comic-Con, by comparison, can be a madhouse on the Saturday and Sunday show dates.
