PANEL 1: A CONTRACTOR in a green plaid shirt with a pale pony tail and grey bushy eyebrows and mustache, stands with his hands on his hips with a utility belt on. GRAMP, an older bald man with a grey mustache, stands listening.
NARRATION BOX: Contractors love to use body height as a reference.
CONTRACTOR: So I’ll mount the cabinets to be about waist high.

PANEL 2: The CONTRACTOR continues speaking, GRAMP smiles politely.
NARRATION BOX: Which is fine, most of the time.
CONTRACTOR: And the floor molding will come up to an ankle hieght.

PANEL 3: The CONTRACTOR continues speaking, GRAMP looks concerned, while a SECOND CONTRACTOR leans in from the other room holding a towel rack.
NARRATION BOX: But it can veer into weird REAL quick.
CONTRACTOR: And the chair molding will beset more int he crotchal region.
SECOND CONTRACTOR: Sir? I’m gonna install your towel rack about nipple-high.

Comic Description: The comic is set around a decorated Christmas tree, with presents and a toy train visible under it. ARTHUR, the yellow duck, is enthusiastically riding with the toy train while wearing a Santa hat. GRAMP, an elderly man, appears in the final panel, reacting to ARTHUR's demands.
