Cool Stock - Sheldon® Comic Strip

PANEL 1: ARTHUR, a yellow duck, runs from a hallway towards GRAMP, an older bald man with a grey mustache, as he carries a laundry basket.
ARTHUR: Can I borrow $20? There’s a cool stock I wanna buy.
GRAMP: What?? Heck no.

PANEL 2: GRAMP has turned to ARTHUR.
ARTHUR: But it’s a cool and rad and sexy stock.
GRAMP: Individual stocks are a fool’s game.

PANEL 3: GRAMP continues to hold the laundry basket, closing his eyes as he educates ARTHUR (off-panel).
GRAMP: You build wealth with low-fee, broad-market index funds. Set up tiny automatic contributions, then check in 30 years later.

PANEL 4: ARTHUR turns, deflated. GRAMP continues doing laundry.
ARTHUR: But that’s not cool and rad and sexy.
GRAMP: Ain’t nobody stopping you from doing it on a skateboard.
