PANEL 1: GRAMP, an older bald man with a grey mustache, sits in an easy chair reading a newspaper. A lamp is on behind him, casting a warm glow. On his head sits ARTHUR, a yellow duck.
ARTHUR: You buy insurance.

PANEL 2: Close up on ARTHUR as he continues talking.
ARTHUR: But then the insurance company buys “re-insurance” on your insurance. As insurance.

PANEL 3: Back to ARTHUR sitting on GRAMP’s head, the lamp throwing its warm glow.
ARTHUR: But then that reinsurer needs their own insurance! So they buy “retrocession,” which is insurance for reinsurers of insurance.

PANEL 4: GRAMP reacts, ARTHUR agrees.
GRAMP: Dear god. It’s insurance all the way down.
ARTHUR: And the secret? NOT A SINGLE ON OF THOSE POLICIES PAYS OUT WHEN NEEDED.
