PANEL 1: OSO, the fawn pug, faces the bouncy white pomeranian, DIGBY, the brown dashchund, and the fluffy brown chow-chow.
OSO: If we stuck here without our people, we need to build a new society. A DOGTOPIA.

PANEL 2: Close up on OSO.
OSO: A world where all dogs is good dogs. Even if they chewed the thing.

PANEL 3: The fawn great dane and a black scuffy dog with a pink bow in it’s hair look on as OSO continues.
OSO: A world where no dog gets left behind (on walks). A world where dogs’ potential is UNLEAHSED (because we’re not on leashes.)

PANEL 4: OSO continues his enthusiastic speech, while DIGBY responds in the background.
OSO: A world where we don’t chase happiness… happiness chases us.
DIGBY: We’ll also need a minister for squirrel affiars.
