PANEL 2: OSO speaks to the fawn great dane, who already has his nose in the butt of a grey french bulldog, lifting his butt up.
OSO: Pancakes, you’re our commissioner of sniffs.
PANCAKES: ON IT.

PANEL 3: OSO turns to speak to the brown chow chow.
OSO: Mister Boopers, you’re director of treat equity.
MISTER BOOPERS: A split treat is NOT two treats!

PANEL 4: OSO speaks to a black scruffy dog with a pink bow holding it’s hair up.
OSO: Maximus Decimus Meridius, you’re ambassador to cats. …even though we don’t forsee a lot of progress.
MAXIMUS DECIUM MERIDIUS: yeah.

PANEL 5: The white pomeranian bounces to OSO.
HOT POCKET: Wait! I didn’t get a job!
OSO: Hot Pocket, you’re “Minister for getting snuggly under the blanket, while still having your nose peek out like a piggy snorkle.”
