ARTHUR: ? …that’s just Barry. PANEL 2: GRAMP, full of delight, clasps his hands my his cheek. GRAMP: The bluebird of happiness is a harbinger of good things! A sign that joy is coming your way! PANEL 1: ARTHUR, a yellow duck, stands tall and proud as he talks to a group of birds around him. In the scene is a rooster, a little blue bird, a red breasted Robbin, a couple nondescript birds in the background, and a small purple bird, PICKLES, peaking in from the right side. ARTHUR: Ok! We’re almost set for the party. Who was getting the spanakopita? …Pickles? PANEL 2: ARTHUR peaks inside a pink bakery box. ARTHUR looks surprised. ARTHUR: Oh great! The spanako-WAIT. This isn’t spanakopita, Pickles. This is Torta Pasqualina, a very similar traditional dish from Italy’s Liguria region… that is also commonly served in Argentina and Uruguay. PANEL 3: ARTHUR has left the panel, the pink bakery box open, with PICKLES standing next to it, looking at the viewer, eyes squinting in guilt. No text. PANEL 4: A green-yellow background with PICKLES, eyes dilated, beak/mouth cringing. Some sweat drops fly from his head.
